Well, that's not enough information to answer the question! Does the man look poor! Or oppressed? Have I ever done anything to him that would inspire him to attack? Could we run away? What does my wife think? What about the kids? What does the law say about this situation? Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children? Does he definitely want to kill me, or would he be content just to wound me? Should I call 9-1-1? Why is this street so deserted? We need to raise taxes, have paint and weed day and make this a happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior.

Something i found in my email

The other day, I needed to go to the

emergency room.


Not wanting to sit there for 4 hours, I

put on my old Army fatigues and stuck

a patch that I had downloaded off the

internet onto the front of my shirt.

When I went into the E.R., I noticed

that 3/4 of the people got up and left.

I guess they decided that they weren't

that sick after all.

As I think more and more about the events of Monday, April 16, I can’t get that thought out of my head.

We are often told how “just one person can make a difference” to the environment or in our community. We are told that “just one person’s vote can make a difference.”

We all know it’s hogwash. It takes thousands of “just one person” so make a difference globally, nationally, or even locally.

But in those classrooms and residence halls in Blacksburg, Virginia, Just. One. Person. legally licensed to carry a pistol could have made all the difference in the world to 32 people.

What is wrong with this picture
